Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve Whisky
Released in spring 2014, Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve Whisky is a blend of no-age malts, among which we find malts aged in mizunara. The final blend is aged in ex-Sherry and ex-Bordeaux barrels, from which it draws the typical sweet and fruity notes.
The nose has hints of strawberry, cherry and mizunara (Japanese oak). On the palate: raspberry, white peach and a hint
coconut. The finish is clean with a touch of cinnamon.
Suntory Whisky embodies the harmony that exists between Japanese nature and the Japanese people. This unique fusion makes Suntory Whisky an art form.
