GIN
Yuzu is a fruit native to East Asia, is mostly used dried or squeezed, and is becoming a must-have ingredient in haute cuisine and top international cocktail bars. The aroma is reminiscent of both grapefruit and tangerine, and according to one study, the scent has calming properties and is effective against anxiety states.
