WINEMAKING
Manual harvesting of the grapes is followed by destemming-crushing and traditional maceration for 10 days in steel winemakers. After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing. Aged in oak tonneaux for about 12 months
