    • TERROIR: Medium-textured, sandy, slightly loamy soil.
    • Altimetry: 0 to 300 meters above sea level.
    • Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters, limited rainfall and very hot and windy summers.
  • WINEMAKING AND AGING:
    • Harvest time: First and second decade of September.
    • Maceration: 6-8 hours
    • Fermentation: Controlled with added neutral wine alcohol.
    • Aging: 6 months in temperature-controlled tanks.
  • TASTING:
    • Color: Light straw yellow.
    • Nose: Intense notes of citrus and orange blossom, with pleasant hints of yellow peach, cedar and melon.
    • Taste: Elegant and persistent, with notes of yellow peach, melon, citrus and almond.

    • Traditional: Aromatic sweets such as Erice mustaccioli and anise cookies.
