TIMELESS VODKA-BASED COCKTAILS

Black Russian

INGREDIENTS 50 ml of vodka 20 ml coffee liqueur PREPARATION Pour the ingredients into the old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Gently mix. Note: WHITE RUSSIAN– Pour over the fresh cream and slowly incorporate.

French Martini

INGREDIENTS 45 ml of vodka 15 ml of raspberry liqueur 15 ml of fresh pineapple juice

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into the shaker, shake well with ice, strain into a very cold cocktail glass.

GARNISH Squeeze the oil from the lemon zest onto the drink.

Sea Breeze

INGREDIENTS 40 ml of vodka 120 ml of cranberry juice 30 ml of grapefruit juice

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.

GARNISH Garnish with orange zest and cherry

Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS 45 ml of vodka 90 ml of Tomato Juice 15 ml of fresh lemon juice 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce Tabasco, Celery, Salt, Pepper (to taste) PREPARATION Gently mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, pour into the rock glass. Note: If required served on ice, pour into the highball glass. GARNISH Celery, lemon wedge (optional)

Lemon drop Martini

INGREDIENTS 30 ml Vodka Citron 20 ml Triple Sec 15 ml Fresh lemon juice

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into the shaker, shake well with ice, strain into a very cold cocktail glass.

GARNISH Garnish with the rim of sugar around the glass.

Sex on the Beach

INGREDIENTS 40 ml of vodka 20 ml Peach grappa 40 ml of Fresh Orange Juice 40 ml of cranberry juice

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.

GARNISH Garnish with half an orange slice.

Caipirinha

INGREDIENTS 60 ml Cachaça 1 Lime cut into wedges 4 teaspoons of white cane sugar

PREPARATION Place the lime and sugar in an old fashioned double glass and grind gently. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaça. Gently mix to involve the ingredients. Note: CAIPIROSKA – Instead of Cachaça use Vodka;

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice. Gently mix.

GARNISH Slice of lemon (optional)

Spicy Fifty

INGREDIENTS 50 ml Vodka Vanilla 15 ml Elderflower Cordial 15 ml of fresh lime juice 10 ml Monin Honey Syrup 2 Thin Slices Of Red Chili Pepper

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, shake well with ice, strain twice into a very cold cocktail glass.

GARNISH Garnish with a red pepper

Cosmopolitan

INGREDIENTS 40 ml of cedar vodka Cointreau of 15 ml 15 ml of fresh lime juice 30 ml of cranberry juice

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a large cocktail glass.

GARNISH Garnish with a lemon zest.

Moscow Mule

INGREDIENTS 45 ml Smirnoff Vodka 120 ml of ginger beer 10 ml Fresh lime juice

PREPARATION In a Mule Cup or rock glass, combine the vodka and ginger beer. Add the lime juice and mix gently to involve all the ingredients.

GARNISH Garnish with a lime wedge

Vesper

INGREDIENTS 45 ml of gin 15 ml of vodka 7.5 ml Lillet Blanc

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a very cold cocktail glass.

GARNISH Lemon peel

Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS 50 ml of vodka 30 ml Kahlúa 10 ml of sugar syrup 1 strong espresso

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into the shaker, shake well with ice, strain into a very cold cocktail glass.

GARNISH N / A

Russian Spring Punch

INGREDIENTS 25 ml of vodka 25 ml of fresh lemon juice 15 ml Creme de Cassis 10 ml Sugar syrup Top up the sparkling wine

PREPARATION Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker except the sparkling wine, shake well with ice, strain into a tall, cold tumbler glass filled with ice and fill with sparkling wine.

GARNISH

Garnish with the blackberries and optionally also a lemon wedge.
