The best particles, such as the &#8220;Picture of Roses,&#8221; have a shadowy character with autumn suggestions in the spicy-resinated bouquet. Being the first area to be harvested, it produces wines that are open, generous and smooth. Of all the crus, Feudo di Mezzo offers a supremely velvety wine with suave tannins and an enveloping bouquet.
