Gosset is one of Champagne’s oldest wineries, founded in 1584<\/strong> by Pierre Gosset<\/strong> in A\u00ff, France. Famous for its tradition and quality, the Gosset maison was passed down for fourteen generations, until 1994<\/strong>, when it was acquired by the Cointreau family. The blends bring together the best crus<\/strong> from the Marne region, maintaining a centuries-old style that reflects the mastery of the house. <\/p>\n

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to protect the wine from oxidation, while malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve the natural fruity aroma. After traditional aging on the lees, the wine is dosed as Extra Brut<\/strong> (5 g\/l residual sugar), ensuring a perfect balance of freshness, fruitiness and vinosity. <\/p>\n
