This wine reflects the uniqueness of the volcanic terrain, with soil made of ash, fine sands, pumice, silicates and metals, and a unique microclimate given by Hephaestus, god of fire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Composition of Grapes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Malvasia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Terroir:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winegrowing Area: Capofaro Estate &#8211; Vulcano &#8211; Aeolian Islands<\/li>\n<li>Altitude: 20 to 100 m above sea level<\/li>\n<li>Soil: Ash, fine sands, pumice, silicates and metals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vinification and Aging:<\/strong> The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16\u00b0C for about 15 days. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
