This wine is characterized by the distinctive presence of Carmenere, giving it a unique and inimitable character. Bradisismo offers a synthesis of the intense ripe, concentrated cherry aroma typical of Cabernet Sauvignon and the lively notes of Carmenere, which include pepper, cocoa and berries. Perfect for lovers of blends with Cabernet Sauvignon, Bradisismo is an excellent alternative to Supertuscans or premium Bordeaux, offering excellent value for money.

Features:

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon – Carmenere.

Aging: 15 months in barrels, 50% of which are new and 50% not new.

Recommended Pairings: Bradisismo pairs wonderfully with dishes such as barbecues, grilling on olive or vine wood, veal stew, beef tenderloin, and traditional dishes such as grilled Sorana cow rib eye and Bigoli with sausage and Asiago cheese. It is also great with vegetables such as lentil soup and creamed fava beans and pecorino cheese.

Label: Bradisismo’s label represents a vision linked to the Berici Hills territory. The drawing, created by architect Nicholas Wood, depicts the house located in the heart of the Lonigo property. Built between 1600 and 1700, the house originally belonged to the Venier family of Venice, which produced tobacco in the region in the 1700s. Even today, the barchesse next to the house bear witness to this activity, used for drying tobacco leaves. The province of Vicenza at that time was part of the Most Serene Republic of Venice, and many Venetian families owned land in the Berici Hills.

The classical reserve.
