      Pez along with Calon is the oldest vineyard in Saint-Est\u00e8phe. Their origin dates back to the 15th century when Monsieur Jean de Briscos ruled it in 1452; in 1562 it was then the turn of the “nobleman” Ducos, followed from 1585 by Jean de Pontac.
