This unique terroir, with sandy and clay soils and a mountain climate, gives the wine freshness and minerality, typical of the grape variety. <\/p>\n<p>The vines, about 20 years old, are trained using the <strong>espalier and alberello<\/strong> systems, and the October harvest preserves the integrity of the grapes.
