Labbé & Fils Champagne Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru 2015: elegance, structure and minerality

The Labbé & Fils Blanc de Noirs Premier Cruis an excellent expression of the Montagne de Reims, born in the prestigious terroir of Chamery Premier Cru. Produced only from black grapes of Pinot Noir (80%) and Pinot Meunier (20%), this 2015 vintage Champagne embodies the power and finesse typical of great Blanc de Noirs. Partial aging in oak barrels for 8 months gives it a complex structure and timeless elegance.

Tasting Notes

It has a bright straw gold color, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, notes of dried fruit, particularly almond and white walnut, accompanied by a beautiful minerality that reflects the unique terroir.
On the palate, it is structured and powerful, with a creamy texture and a minerality that extends to the long and harmonious finish.

Vinification and Aging

Millésime 2015, 40% vinified in oak barrels for 8 months. Long cellar aging helps develop its aromatic complexity and the perfect balance between strength, freshness, and depth.

Pairings

Perfect with structured fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, or Aged cheeses. Also excellent as a meditation Champagne, to be sipped slowly to appreciate every nuance.
