Cuv\u00e9e 601 Brut is a classic method Trento DOC produced by Cantina di Trento. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on soils rich in limestone and silica, it expresses finesse, balance, and a character typical of the Trentino region.<\/p>\n

    Vinification and Aging<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The harvest is carried out in Hand-picked. The grapes are gently pressed, followed by natural clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature (18\u00b0\u201320\u00b0C) with selected yeasts.
    It is then aged on the lees for 20\u201324 months<\/strong> before disgorgement, according to the tradition of the Trento DOC classic method.<\/p>\n

    Elegant and complex aromas with hints of citrus and fragrant yeasts. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and supported by a long finish.<\/p>\n
