The prolonged winter gave way to a shy spring, with flowering continuing into early June. A bright summer with a record of sunshine and limited rainfall favored the ripening of Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. The harvest, which took place in October, benefited from cool autumn weather, resulting in elegant and incredibly fresh wines that are true classics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Processing:<\/strong> The 2013 Blanc de Blancs cuv\u00e9e was obtained through gentle pressing to ensure a rounded effervescence and deeper color. The final dosage is 8 g\/l.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tasting:<\/strong> The bright, deep yellow color with green reflections is accompanied by a gentle, regular perlage. The bouquet offers a pleasant mix of pollen, flowers, honeysuckle, lily of the valley and lemon, with more concentrated, candied citrus accents.
