{"id":90798,"date":"2021-09-23T13:44:53","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T11:44:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bottiglieriadelmassimo.it\/?post_type=product&#038;p=90798"},"modified":"2024-03-31T20:08:24","modified_gmt":"2024-03-31T18:08:24","slug":"etna-rosso-arcuria-graci-2019-cl-75","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.bottiglieriadelmassimo.it\/en\/product\/etna-rosso-arcuria-graci-2019-cl-75\/","title":{"rendered":"Etna Rosso Arcuria Graci DOC 2019 cl 75"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Etna Rosso Arcuria Graci 2019<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Grape varieties<\/strong>: Nerello Mascalese 100%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Production area<\/strong>: ancient vineyard on the northeast slope of Etna, Passopisciaro &#8211; Castiglione di Sicilia in the Province of Catania.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soil type<\/strong>: brown, volcanic in origin rich in skeleton, frank sandy to sandy loam, neutral ph, noncalcareous, rich to very rich in iron and high in nitrogen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type of planting<\/strong>: sapling bred to espalier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strain density per ha<\/strong>: between 6000 and 10000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harvest<\/strong>: last week of October.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinification<\/strong>: traditional red wine without the use of selected yeasts, without temperature control in truncated oak vats, maceration in contact with the skins for 30 to 90 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maturation<\/strong>: 24 months in large oak vats with spontaneous malolactic fermentation and another 6 months in bottle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organoleptic characteristics<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Color: ruby red.<\/li>\n<li>Nose: elegant and complex with aromas of small berries, hints of Mediterranean scrub, graphite and woody nuances.<\/li>\n<li>Taste: good structure, is broad with fine tannic texture, nice freshness, crisp mineral veins with smoky suggestions.
