Pio Cesare Vermouth di Torino is an authentic and faithful reimagining of a historic family recipe, created to reflect the elegance and complexity of traditional Piedmontese vermouths. With an exclusive blend of 26 botanicals, including wormwood, marjoram, gentian, and sweet and bitter orange peel, this vermouth is made according to an ancient process that gives the final product a complex taste and enveloping aroma.

Ingredients and Production Process
A mixture of 26 aromatic plants is steeped for about 40 days in an infusion of alcohol and a small amount of Pius Caesar white wine. The resulting aromatic extract is then enriched with:
- Chardonnay Pio Cesare and a small amount of Moscato, for a fruity, smooth touch
- Sugar and alcohol, to balance the vermouth profile.
- Burnt sugar, which gives vermouth its characteristic amber color and a sweet, slightly caramelized note
Aging takes place for about 4 months in small stainless steel containers to ensure perfect integration of aromas.
