Cuvée 601 Brut – Trento DOC | Cantina di Trento
Cuvée 601 Brut is a classic method Trento DOC produced by Cantina di Trento. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on soils rich in limestone and silica, it expresses finesse, balance, and a character typical of the Trentino region.

Vinification and Aging
The harvest is carried out in Hand-picked. The grapes are gently pressed, followed by natural clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°–20°C) with selected yeasts.
It is then aged on the lees for 20–24 months before disgorgement, according to the tradition of the Trento DOC classic method.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and complex aromas with hints of citrus and fragrant yeasts. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and supported by a long finish.

Perfect for aperitifs, delicate dishes, and occasions when a fine and balanced classic method sparkling wine is desired.
