To celebrate 50 years of collaboration between Velier and Billecart-Salmon, an extraordinary 2010 Blanc de Blancs was created: a special celebratory edition presented with a special label and logo designed especially for the occasion.

“The 2010 Blanc de Blancs cuvée was selected by the Billecart family to celebrate the 50-year anniversary of our relationship,” said Mathieu Roland-Billecart, Chief Executive Officer of the Maison. “It is composed of the best grand crus of the Côte des Blancs, and has spent more than 10 years in our centuries-old cellars to reveal all the elegance of great champagnes.

This special cuvée reveals all the specificities of Chardonnay; lovers and connoisseurs of Billecart-Salmon will certainly recognize the notes peculiar to Cuvée Louis Salmon, the House’s iconic Blanc de Blancs. The grand crus here are really among the best: Chouilly, Cramant, Oiry and Oger.
