The first Irish super-premium single summer pot still gin. Distillate of baste from malted barley (single malt) coming from the land owned by the distillery (single estate) in Pot Still stills. Flavored with local botany including bush petals and seaweed from nearby Strangford Lough to create a unique experience between land and sea in Northern Ireland.
On the palate Anise and lavender leave room for notes of juniper and coriander. The sweetness continues with a malty character and a creaminess rarely found in modern gins.
On the nose it is complex and perfectly balanced. Fresh floral and spicy citrus notes. Sweet and soft, with a hint of barley malt from the Echlinville land.
