Hermit is a creature with a curious story to tell. Born without a shell, he was forced to wander the beaches to find a home. After crawling along the bottom of the North Sea, he arrived on Dutch shores. Here he finally found his shelter: an empty bottle. Look inside the bottle and you will see the path of its adventurous journey. Natural botanicals such as juniper, coriander, orange and iris root combine seamlessly with oyster seawater to produce a smooth, fresh, lively gin with a surprising hint of saltiness. Dutch gin distilled in a pot-still manner in small batches. A special variety of citrus peel adds a nice freshness to the typical hints of juniper and coriander. The other 8 botanicals give added complexity and depth. A drop of oyster seawater gives the finish a surprising saline note.
