Saltner Pinot Noir Riserva DOC 2022 is more than a wine: it’s an atmosphere. Inspired by the elegant quiet of a jazz bar or the silence that envelops you in a film library, this Pinot Noir embodies depth, balance, and emotion.

🟣 Tasting Notes:

Bright ruby red color
Intense aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and blackberry
On the palate, it is soft and rounded, with velvety tannins and plenty of red fruit.

🍇 Vinification & Aging
The perfectly healthy and carefully selected grapes ferment in oak vats with a two-week maceration. Malolactic fermentation follows and 12 months of aging in barriques and tonneaux, resulting in a complex and structured wine.

🌄 Origin & Terroir
The vineyards are located between 400 and 550 meters above sea level, on well-ventilated slopes with significant temperature variations. The calcareous-mineral soil lends elegance and finesse to the wine.
