Each Moët & Chandon Champagne is an original creation, inspired by respect for tradition and the renowned Maison’s relentless commitment to the pursuit of quality. Réserve Impériale, aged for at least three years in the bottle distinguished by its distinctive blue stamp, comes from a precise and careful selection of grapes, with a predominance of Pinot Noir giving it energy, roundness and depth.
It is an artisanal taste, a pleasure constantly renewed to satisfy Italian connoisseurs. The subtle effervescence makes this Champagne extremely vigorous, with harmonious and incisive nuances that will please the most refined and demanding palates. La Réserve Impériale is best enjoyed in a flute.
Composition:
Aging: 30 months in the cellar
Dosage and Alcohol Content: 9 g/l; 12% vol.
Tasting Notes: The palate, vinous and persistent, combines structure and freshness with a dense, enveloping and deliciously aromatic finish.
Gastronomic Pairings: Smoked fish, braised chicken, caramelized pears with almonds or gingerbread millefeuille served with apricot syrup.
