Filtered drop by drop through three meters of maple activated charcoal, then matured in barrels handmade by us. And our Tennessee Whiskey does not follow a calendar. It is ready only when our tasters say it is ready. We judge him by his appearance. From its aroma. And of course by its taste. So did Jack Daniel himself over a century ago. And today we are doing the same.
