Classified Premier Cru, this wine embodies the philosophy of Maison Labbé & Fils: respect for tradition, artisanal care, and valorization of the territory.
🍇 Composition and vinification
This champagne is a refined blend of:

65% Pinot Noir – structure and depth,

20% Pinot Meunier – softness and balance,

15% Chardonnay – freshness and finesse.
The fermentation in oak barrels for 8 months gives complexity and roundness, giving the wine delicate toasted notes. Subsequently, long bottle aging enriches the perlage and amplifies the aromatic depth.
