Vinification and Aging
The harvest takes place Manually. The grapes are softly pressed, followed by natural clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°–20°C) with selected yeasts.
The wine ages on the lees for at least 20–24 months before disgorgement, according to the tradition of the classic Trentino method.
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas with floral and fruity notes. On the palate, it is elegant, with good freshness and a marked minerality on the finish.
