1. Origin and Vineyards
   • Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir from the estate vineyards Ragnoli, Quindicipi and Gaspa.
   • Planting Density: High (10,000 vines/hectare), to ensure superior quality.
   • Yield: 6,000 kg of grapes per hectare, with an average must yield of 33 percent, equivalent to 2,640 bottles per hectare.
2. Vinification and Maturation
   • Vinification:
     • Soft, progressive pressing of the clusters with fractionation of the musts.
     • Pinot Noir vinified in rosé with cold pre-maceration for 24 hours and soft pressing.
     • A small proportion of Pinot Noir vinified in red with fermentative maceration for 7 days.
     • Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, followed by 6 months of aging on the lees.
   • Maturation:
     • Cuvée composed exclusively of wines of the vintage.
     • Aged on the lees for at least 5 years, followed by an additional 6 months after disgorgement.
   • Dosage: Zero, for a pure and authentic taste experience.
