An idea that rises to the sky. This cuvée symbolizes purity, energy, f resqueness and transformation, like the clouds that enchant as they pass by. Pas Operé, a blend from chardonnay and pinot noir, is the result of rigorous vineyard selection, so much so that it comes only from the historic plots with an age of more than 30 years and a prevalent southeastern exposure. The choice of as many as 40 vintage selections aims to define an essential, refined and elegant expression without compromise. A cuvée, you understand, designed to last and evolve over time, as immediately expressive as it is long-lived. An exuberant white froth is accompanied by a pérlage of unparalleled persistence and finesse, while the aromas are immediately complex, albeit in their essentiality.
