This cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection of vineyards, sourced only from historic plots over 30 years old with a predominantly southeastern exposure. The choice of as many as 40 vintage selections aims to define an essential, refined and elegant expression without compromise. It is a cuvée designed to last and evolve over time, as immediately expressive as it is long-lived. It presents an exuberant white froth and a pérlage of unparalleled persistence and finesse, while the aromas are complex, yet essential.
