Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2015 is a Trentodoc Extra Brut traditional-method sparkling wine produced by Ferrari Trento exclusively from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes. Ageing on the lees for at least 92 months contributes to the complexity of this prestigious reserve.

In the glass, it displays a golden colour. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruit, white peach and candied ginger, followed by hints of mint, liquorice and flint. The palate is fresh and fragrant, with notes of grapefruit and orange blossom.

It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish and seafood dishes. Serve at 8–10°C in a large tulip-shaped glass.
