The Valdobbiadene Brut Setàge is the iconic sparkling wine of the Canevel house, born from Glera and Chardonnay grapes, and made according to the exclusive “Setàge” protocol – a union of “silk” and “perlage” – which gives very fine and elegant bubbles, like silk threads in the glass.

Colour bright straw yellow, fine and abundant perlage, on the nose it releases Golden apple, spicy hints and great freshness. In the mouth it is dry, soft and lively, perfect as an aperitif or paired with crudités, sushi, tartare and oysters.
