Product Features.
🍇 Grapes
Balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, grown according to biodynamic farming practices that respect the land and enhance the terroir.
🍷 Winemaking method
- Fermentation: Traditional Champenoise method, with fermentation in the bottle.
- Dosage: Extra Brut (low residual sugar, ≤ 6 g/l), to enhance the wine’s freshness and naturalness.
- Aging: At least 36 months on yeasts, which gives aromatic complexity and a creamy texture.
👃 Tasting Notes
- Color: Intense straw yellow, with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.
- Aromas: Elegant hints of ripe citrus, green apple, bread crust and a slight note of hazelnut and honey.
