Kaltern Soll Pinot Grigio DOC 2023

Alpine elegance in a sip of sun and freshness

From the sunny hills of Alto Adige comes a Pinot Grigio that expresses the strength of the terroir and the delicacy of the altitude. The 2023 Soll is the fruit of a complex but highly satisfying harvest, where healthy, ripe grapes were transformed into a white wine with great structure, elegance, and aromatic intensity.

Why you should love it:

✅ Ventilated microclimate and calcareous soil: perfect grape ripening
✅ Partial fermentation in large oak barrels for greater structure and complexity
✅ Aged on fine lees for 5 months: depth and persistence guaranteed

Tasting Notes:

Color: bright straw yellow
Nose: ripe pear, white melon, light hints of vanilla
Taste: creamy, smooth, and enveloping, with a long, fruity finish.

Recommended pairings:

Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, mushroom dishes, and delicate risottos. Also excellent as a refined aperitif.
