Dolin Vermouth Blanc 16° Cl 75
The Dolin company represents a historic distillery and Vermouth house, with a tradition that extends over time through crucial steps that helped create legendary recipes and labels. The pioneer of this tradition was Joseph Chavasse, a liquor maker and master distiller, who established his distillery in Les Echelles in Savoy. Inspired by the tradition of aperitif drinks in Turin, Chavasse created a recipe for a unique Vermouth by infusing white wines from the nearby valley with a wide variety of mountain herbs and spices.
Description: Dolin Vermouth Blanc 16° is made from white Ugni grapes, using as many as 33 different botanicals and herbs left to macerate. This unique combination creates an aromatic bouquet, with floral and citrus notes intertwined against a background of honey and spices. On the palate, it is distinguished by a perfect balance of sweetness, slightly bitter herbal aromas and acidity. The finish is persistent and satisfying.
