An edition of Bowmore full-on sherry, matured in 4 ex-sherry butts since 2001. Dark berries, chocolate and citrus make their way to stand out in this version

The whiskey importer and selector Sukhinder Singh has given rise to an ingenious new selection of malts from Scotland, Elements of Islay, so as to celebrate the medicinal character of these whiskies by using pharmaceutical laboratory bottles and using the periodic table to indicate the different distilleries, i.e., the elements of Islay.

All bottlings are full-degree, single cask whiskies from small batches of 5 to 20 barrels carefully selected by Sukhinder’s team.

Bowmore is a pioneering distillery and the oldest licensed distillery on Islay…

They have been distilling malts for more than 240 years, and they are still doing it today.

Investing more time than necessary in each step of the process, The proprietary malting barns process barley by hand day and night, with perfectly scheduled fermentation periods.

Barrels are selected by hand, smelling them all before they are filled pe the different ages, whether for the main range , 12 Years, 15 Years, or for the limited editions

This care and attention to detail is what creates the complex balance of not only smoke but also maritime minerality and fresh stone fruit notes that is so characteristic of the timeless style.
