Production Process
Madrecuishe agaves are harvested by hand when they reach maturity, cooked in traditional wood-fired underground ovens, ground with a horse-drawn stone and fermented naturally in wooden vats. Double distillation in copper stills ensures purity and complexity while keeping the unique characteristics of the agave intact.
