Vinification and Aging
The grapes undergo soft pressing and brief maceration on the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel and tonneaux.
This is followed by bottle aging on the lees for at least 30 months, which contributes to the development of complexity and structure, typical characteristics of the Satèn style.

Thanks to the harvest of ripe grapes, it offers structure, richness, and a significant aromatic profile. An elegant and smooth Satèn, with enveloping and persistent sensations.
