TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Green and spicy, with crisp runner beans, white pepper, cloves, and cinnamon, followed by black tea and apples. Floral notes develop in the glass, along with a new earthiness from the potato and a touch of creaminess.

PALATE
Huge and peppery, with a hint of spice followed by a refreshing agave sweetness. Green plant notes from the nose at the back, making sure to get a full spectrum of agave .

FINISH
Long and spicy with delicate sweetness that appears like faded pepper.
