The charm of Etna’s Carricante is expressed in this elegant and minerally Metodo Classico sparkling wine, the fruit of the uniqueness of the northern slope of Etna.
Produced exclusively from Carricante grapes, hand-picked in the districts of Imbischi – Castiglione di Sicilia (CT), the Gaudensius Blanc de Blancs comes from colluvial soils rich in clay and minerals, at an altitude of 500–800 meters.
It appears golden straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, it offers elegant and complex aromas, with notes of white fruits, acacia flowers, hazelnut, and honey, enriched with mineral nuances.
