Gaudensius Rosé – Etna DOC Spumante Brut

Forged by the fires of Etna, Gaudensius Rosé is a Classic Method sparkling wine with a refined character, made from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the northern slope of the volcano, between the districts Feudo di Mezzo and Sant’Antonio in the territory of Castiglione di Sicilia (CT).

Its elegance comes from a unique terroir, sandy and mineral, which gives the wine freshness and complexity.
On the palate, it presents a delicate onion skin pink, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, it opens with floral and red fruit notes, accompanied by hints of pomegranate and citrus.
The palate is complex and savory, with excellent persistence and a harmonious structure.

Aged for 30 months on the lees, it represents one of the most authentic expressions of Firriato’s Etna Classic Method.
