It gives strength and flavor to any cocktail although it is delicious in Kina tonic: Kina liqueur and tonic water.

The name China refers to a tree plant belonging to the Rubiaceae family native to the Andes, Cinchona, which has been used for centuries as an aperitif and digestive, and is also widely used in herbal medicine for its eupeptic and especially antimalarial properties. Most of the plant’s active ingredients are concentrated in the bark, which is rich in quinine alkaloids, tannins, essential oils, resins and bitter substances with multiple beneficial virtues for human health. The different species of plants from which China can be made are distinguished by color (red, yellow, gray) which also correspond to different qualities. The most valuable is Calissaia, which is used to make our Kina. Kina is great accompanied with tonic.
