Peychaud’s Bitter ml 148
Peychaud’s Bitters was originally created in 1830 by Antoine Amédée Peychaud, a Creole-born pharmacist from the French colony of Santo Domingo (now Haiti ) who settled in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1795. This is a light-bodied distillate made from gentian and other herbs; one of its main characteristics is that it is much more floral and sweet on the palate than other bitters on the market. Peychaud’s Bitters is also the essential ingredient in the preparation of the Sazerac cocktail
