Vinification and Maturation:
- The Mormoreto vineyard is located at an elevation of 300 meters above sea level on sandy soils with a southwest exposure.

- The grapes, ripe and with a good acidic streak, underwent malo-lactic fermentation immediately after racking.
- Mormoreto then aged in French oak barrels for two years, benefiting from the wood’s natural micro-oxygenation.
- After bottling, it continued aging for several months, expressing elegance and potential.

- Color: Intense, bright ruby red with purple hues.
- Complex bouquet: notes of red fruits, date, fig, with a delicately citrus, floral finish and more evolved hints of coffee, cocoa, tea and tobacco.
