Climate and Vintage 2022

The 2022 vintage was marked by a dry winter and a mild early spring, followed by high temperatures during the summer. However, brief rains in August allowed the vines to complete grape ripening in optimal conditions. The grapes were harvested a few days early, resulting in small, highly concentrated berries.

Vinification and Aging

The grapes, harvested by hand, were destemmed and gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 8-10 days. The wine was then aged for 10 months, developing its structure and refinement.
