Tre Soli Tre – Grappa di Nebbiolo

Three is a powerful and symbolic number. It represents the union of One — unity — and Two — duality. For Pythagoras it is the first true surface, in Neapolitan tombola it is the mysterious, seductive cat, and in Christian tradition it is the Holy Trinity.
For Hindus, three evokes Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu; for the Chinese, it symbolizes cosmic totality: Heaven, Earth and Man.

Three are also the great terroirs of Nebbiolo, the grape that gives this grappa its natural elegance. But it is the sun — warming and ripening the fruit — together with eight years of aging, that shapes its depth, harmony and richness.
