Estate vineyards in Montefalco and Bevagna obtained through a “farm selection” of the estate’s best historical vines, as part of the “Patriarchi Project” developed in collaboration with the Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige.

Silty-clayey in nature, with optimal agronomic potential, well structured and resistant to summer drought.

Spurred cordon, 6250 vines per hectare.

35hl of wine per hectare.

🌡️ Fermentation Temperature

Cold pre-maceration at 12°C for 30 hours. Maximum fermentation temperature: 26°-28°C in wooden vats.

15-20 days.

  Deep and bright ruby red color, deep and refined.
• 👃 Olfactory
  The nose is a triumph of blackberry and blueberry jam, typical of the variety, with pleasant and intense notes of cherries in spirit, carob and rose petals. Notes of licorice and chocolate embellish the organoleptic picture with a distinct typicality.
• 👅 Taste
  The palate proves creamy, with great power and persuasiveness together, long and persistent with chiseled tannins of rare finesse, elegance and gentleness.
