Delamain Cognac Pléiade Collection Révélation Millesime 1995
Produced from a single vintage or single vineyard, from a single barrel and thus offered without blending, these cognacs have had time to age and are presented without any added sugar or caramel, thus expressing their absolute purity.
Our experience in aging and blending great Cognacs thus completes the first and most important steps in the making of an eau-de-vie: cultivation, grape harvest, winemaking and distillation.
These eaux-de-vie were distilled in a small still, according to a special method, with a very slow pour at the end of a good roasting. This longer and slower approach during this second distillation phase gives these eaux-de-vie rich fruity notes.

This 1995 vintage comes from the vineyard in Ambleville, a commune located in the south of the Grande Champagne region, premier cru of Cognac.
Located on a geological fault, this vineyard benefits from exceptional conditions, the roots of the vines drawing their resources from deep within the limestone subsoil.
