- Distillation: The white wine, obtained from the must, is distilled over direct heat with a charentais still twice: in the first firing, brouillis is obtained, which has an alcohol content of around 28°-30°, while in the second, bonne chauffe, the distillate reaches 70.5°. After that, the spirit undergoes a period of aging in French oak barrels, 90 percent from Limousin, selected by the maîtres de chais, Christophe and Pascal.
- Color: Dark gold
- Nose: The nose is elegant and fruity, with very fine floral nuances making the olfactory sensations harmonious.
- Taste: On the palate, memories of fresh figs, citrus fused with the roundness of muscatel, almond paste and orange blossom. The finish is warm and spicy.
- Aging: Minimum 4-6 years in French oak barrels.
