Color: Very deep and intense ruby with a bright and lively rim.
Nose: Complex, enveloping nose with notes of black currant, black cherry under spirits, dark chocolate, tobacco, clove, black pepper and hints of Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Moderately sweet, broad and extraordinarily complex. He presents himself with an innate class that gradually reveals itself, winning over the interlocutor with elegance.

Recommended pairings:

It goes happily with fine dark chocolate cru.
