Aeolian Passito Wine – Sweet, Enveloping, Meditation

Na’jm is the sweet and precious soul of the Aeolian Islands. This passito from Malvasia delle Lipari and Corinto Nero grapes comes from the thousand-year-old tradition of Salina, with grapes left to dry naturally on racks and vinified with care.

The result? An elegant dessert wine, amber gold in color, with hints of apricot, fig, honey, almonds and jasmine. In the mouth it is warm, velvety, with light tannins, excellent balance and structure.

Perfect with dry desserts, semifreddo, mascarpone, ice cream, but also surprising with blue cheeses or alone, for a moment of authentic oenological meditation.
