The winemakers of the Laurent Habrard estate work their production with care and love, in the heart of an exceptional vineyard, that of the northern Côtes-du-Rhône, nestled at the foot of the Massif Central, some 30 kilometers south of Lyon and along the Rhone. Our production covers 15 hectares under vine.

TERROIR
Domaine Laurent Habrard works 2.5 hectares of vineyards in the Crozes-Hermitage blanc appellation.
All plots are located in the municipality of Gervans, near the winery.
The terroirs we will find here consist mainly of LOESS. Pale yellow silt deposited by wind during the Quaternary ice age. The thicknesses of this “white earth” or “dead earth” vary from a few inches to several meters depending on the plots.
VINE
The vines are between 20 and 80 years old and are raised flush or on trellises.
Two sizes are used depending on the molding: the Gobelet size or the Guyot size.
Harvesting is done entirely by hand.
