This Champagne is the result of a carefully orchestrated process. The 100% Meunier blend, with vines boasting an average age of 50 years, adds depth and character to the wine. Vinification, with 32 hours of maceration followed by 6 months of barrel aging, gives complexity and structure to the final product.
